This week I have really started to proactively ‘sort my shit out’ - got my #Garmin sorted with a few training programmes and have got a great one to get me back to 5km in 30 mins. Alongside this I have cooked seriously healthy good food (credits to @thebodycoach and my new friend, the digital scales) and although my quads and glutes are aching as I type I feel sooo much better. I did say once the kids go back to school I would get back to it. So now it’s off shopping with my trusty list and to start week 2 and to start the big ‘pack the house up into boxes’ to get set for our new adventures moving to our forever home 🏠 Super excited to have finally bought our place in #Middlewich #saturdaymotivation #newbeginnings #marchmadness #moving #feelgood
